Welcome to Orange. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Orange application. By downloading, installing, or using Orange, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Orange, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.

2. Service Description

Orange is a private network management tool built with Rust, designed to help you bridge home, office, and cloud networks. Orange runs entirely on your local device and does not operate any internet services, relay servers, or proxy infrastructure. The application provides:

Orange acts as a local orchestration tool. All network connections are established directly between your device and the endpoints you configure. Orange does not relay, inspect, or store your network traffic.

3-day free trial

Desktop and iOS are separate products. A Desktop license does not include iOS access, and vice versa. Desktop licenses are one-time purchases that include future updates within the same major version. iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account.

4. Free Trials

Desktop offers a 3-day full-featured trial with no payment information required. The iOS subscription includes a 3-day free trial via the App Store. After the trial period, continued use requires a valid license or active subscription.

5. Subscription & Auto-Renewal (iOS)

iOS subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

6. User Data & Privacy

All data created within Orange — including network configurations, tunnel profiles, DNS rules, and routing policies — remains entirely under your control on your local device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or access any of your personal data or network configurations. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Important: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your configurations. While we strive to ensure the reliability of Orange, we cannot guarantee against data loss due to device failure, OS updates, user error, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Orange only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your network configurations and ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use Orange to:

Orange and its original content, features, user interface, and underlying technology are owned by Orange and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the application, not to own its intellectual property. Your personal configurations and data created within the application remain your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orange and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, network connectivity, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

Orange is a network management tool that configures connections between your devices and endpoints you specify. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party servers, VPN endpoints, or proxy services you choose to configure within Orange.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Orange is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the application is at your sole risk.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or our website. Your continued use of Orange after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Termination

You may terminate your use of Orange at any time by deleting the application and, if applicable, cancelling your iOS subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
